The payment will be transferred to the bank account of each household

 Fill in your bank account information on the application form, which will be mailed out to everyone who is eligible, and mail it back to Otsu City Hall, along with the documents below:

1. Copy of your official ID (My Number Card, residence card, driver’s license, health insurance card, etc.)
2. Copy of bank account information (bankbook, cash card, etc., which shows the name of financial institution, account number and the name on the account.)

*A return envelope will be enclosed with the form.

You will be required to enter your My Number passcode to verify your identity.

* As access to the website is currently limited due to high traffic, it is recommended that you apply by mail.

Applications will be mailed out from May 29th, 2020.

The earliest payments will be made by mid-June, with remaining payments made approx. every two weeks after that, depending on the timing of application.

Online application via My Number Portal will be available from 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13th, 2020.

Applications finished by May 28^th should expect to see payments at the end of May or early June.
